One-on-One ICF Mentor Coaching
Mentor Coach Specialization: MCS-MCC, MCS-PCC, MCS-ACC
I offer a flexible structure so you can choose the option that best fits your needs. Together, we will co-create the timing and focus of each individual session. Private mentor coaching provides a confidential, personalized space to review your coaching, deepen your understanding of the ICF Core Competencies, and strengthen the areas that matter most to you.
ICF requires that credential applicants and ACC renewal applicants must complete 10 hours of mentor coaching over a minimum of three months, including at least three hours of one-on-one mentor coaching. Lauren Sullivan, MCC mentor coaching services comply with the new ICF Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) requirements that take effect on January 1, 2027.

For ACC and PCC credential applicants: Beginning April 1, 2027, ACC and PCC Portfolio applicants will no longer submit coaching recordings and transcripts directly to ICF for performance evaluation. Instead, you will be required to work with an MCS-qualified Mentor Coach who will review recorded coaching sessions and provide the required ICF mentor coaching documentation: at least three Session Observation Forms and one Competency Review Form. To receive this documentation, you may select the Comprehensive Review Package that best supports your goals.
For MCC credential applicants: Written Session Observation Forms and a Competency Review Form are not required for MCC mentor coaching, though they are highly recommended to support your selection of recordings for the performance evaluation process. Performance evaluations are still required at this time for MCC applications submitted in 2027 and thereafter. ICF requirements may change; please refer to current ICF guidance. Depending on your goals and budget, you may choose from any of my mentoring packages.
