Coaching mastery is an artful journey, one that embodies being fully present to dance in the moment in full partnership with your client while expressing your own brand of panache!
Join mentor coaches Lauren Sullivan, MCC and Pamela Kudlick, PCC for a small group experience designed to integrate the art and science of masterful coaching.
The three primary pillars of The Artful Edge program are designed to invite you to:

- Embrace Your Panache: Honor your unique coaching style and strengths.
Your Artful Edge Mentor Coaches:
Lauren Sullivan, MCC: With over 20 years of diverse coaching experience, Lauren genuinely loves helping fellow coaches recognize their strengths and expand their mastery. An Advanced Certified Mentor Coach and Certified Coach Supervisor, she has guided coaches at the ACC, PCC, and MCC levels to successfully achieve certification, overcome challenges, and build confidence through reflective, supportive mentoring and supervision. Pamela Kudlick, PCC: Pamela brings 14 years of global leadership coaching to the mentor-coach partnership. Driven by a lifelong commitment to learning and backed by a wide range of coaching credentials, she creates a supportive space for coaches to refine their craft and embrace their unique professional style. This program meets the ICF 10-hour requirement for mentor coaching:
- 7 Hours of Group Mentoring: Coach and be coached, learn by doing and by observing others in a safe space. $1,200
- 3 Hours of Individual Mentoring: Receive personalized feedback on your recorded sessions to sharpen your edge. Option 1: $600, Option 2: $1,050
- Cohort Size: Limited to six participants Location: Zoom
- Next Cohort Dates: June 30, July 7, July 21, Aug 4, Aug 18, Sept 1
- Time: 10-11:30am PDT, except session 1, June 30: 10-11am PDT
Bonus: Participants receive a complimentary 1-hour Supervision session with Lauren, applicable toward your CCE hours.
