Welcome! I’m Lauren Sullivan, MCC, Advanced Certified Mentor Coach, and Certified Coach Supervisor. I have helped coaches successfully achieve their certification at the ACC, PCC and MCC levels. I discovered my love of coaching many years ago when I chanced upon someone who was doing coaching work. I was intrigued by the idea, it felt like a calling, and I couldn’t wait to find my way into the profession. It’s been over 20 years now and I have enjoyed coaching in a wide variety of capacities from life coaching to executive coaching.
In 2017, I began my journey of mentoring other coaches while working as an Executive Strengths Coach for The Marcus Buckingham Company. In doing so, I discovered a new passion for supporting other coaches to continually grow and enhance their skills and confidence.
In 2019, I became a Certified Mentor Coach (CMC) as a way to grow and enhance my own skills in support of those seeking their next level of ICF certification. As I was working on my CMC, I discovered the world of Coaching Supervision and became a Certified Coach Supervisor in December, 2019. In 2024 I continued my mentor coach journey by becoming an Advanced Certified Mentor Coach (ACMC). I love supporting other coaches along their path toward coaching mastery!
I received my original coach certification from The Academy for Coach Training in 2001 and have engaged in many coach training programs, including receiving a certification from the Life Purpose Institute in 2015. I later enjoyed a stint on the faculty of the Life Purpose Institute, facilitating the Advanced Practicum, a group mentor coaching program for newly trained coaches.
I was awarded my Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential with the International Coach Federation in 2018 so I know what it takes to get there! I am also a Board Certified Coach (BCC) with the Center for Credentialing and Education.
One of my most exciting accomplishments has been to write and publish an award-winning book, Give Wings to Your Dreams: Reawaken Your Joy and Passion for Life.
I’m originally from Texas, where I graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Technology from the University of Houston. I spent many years in marketing and management with technology companies in Silicon Valley.
I now live in beautiful Santa Barbara, California where I enjoy gardening, hiking, kayaking and walking on the beach.
